Shockley Commercial/Industrial is one of the few companies in the metro area specializing in build-to-suit for sale and lease back of properties.  With our expertise in development and construction, build-to-suit is a natural extension of our company; we specialize in office building projects in St. Charles County.  With your request and your requirements, we can prepare proposals within a few days at a very competitive cost.  After all, we’ve been doing it for 28 years.
